There is ample of parking nearby, where the in-villa parking can house four A segment sedans. The property is conveniently located as it's very near to all the attractions in town. It's 7 mins drive away to Lumut Jetty & Waterfront, 10 mins to Teluk Batik beach, 7 mins to AEON shopping complex and 20 mins drive to Teluk Senangin beach. It's also just 5 mins drive away from Marina Island (manmade) and jetty, where you can hitch a 10 mins ferry ride to the infamous Pangkor Island. The villa itself is surrounded by a number of seafood restaurants, all within 5-10 mins walk, allowing you to indulge in your fav delicacies. In addition, tonnes of shoplots are nearby (laundry shop, 7eleven, Zuscoffee, DIY etc) so you don't have to worry if you wanna run a quick errand, or grab a quickie.
