LUMIO Apartment in a sublime environment overlooking the bay of Calvi. Magnificent park. Nice view of the apartment on the bay of Calvi… we take all the meals on the covered terrace with the bay under our eyes. All nearby beaches. Typical 'Corsican' residence, very flowery with small alleys, porches and flower plots. Very nice swimming pool, tennis, mini-golf and playground in the residence. Parking and very large typically Mediterranean spaces. Departure of all excursions in Balagne, near Calvi and Ile Rousse with their small ports and their typical restaurants. Discovery of Balagne known for its small typical villages and their crafts. Mountain walks and departure from the nearby GR20.

Appartement idéalement placé. Entre Calvi et l Ile Rousse et Près des plages. Vue splendide sur la baie de Calvi. Très belle piscine. Et pour se detendre ping pong. Je le conseille.

Procédure d'arrivée et de départ impeccable. Merci à Yolande pour sa disponibilité. Les moins : le ménage (toiles d'araignées, vaisselle sale à l'arrivée...), les équipements ménagers bas de gamme, literie inconfortable même pour des ados (sauf dans la chambre parentale), la distance de tout commerce et plage, le bruit des autres locataires irrespectueux +++, la wifi très bas débit. Les plus : le parking disponible, la piscine, la vue remarquable sur Calvi, le mini golf.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est très bien et la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Petit bémol, la résidence est un peu bruyante. Malgré cela, je recommande cette location.

Très bon séjour
Appartement propre et bien situé.la cabine est pour nous un peu exigu pour faire dormir deux enfants mais le reste du logement est impeccable,un nouveau canapé serait le bienvenu.le deuxième frigo est très pratique.superbe vue de la terrasse sur la baie de Calvi.residence et piscine agréable et bien entretenue.Nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Très belles vacances en famille !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec nos enfants en bas âge ! La vue est magnifique et le logement est bien équipé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les gérants malgré le retard de notre bateau. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse ombragée et relativement bien protégée du vis-à-vis mais nous avons malgré tout eu très chaud : un ventilateur ou une clim serait un vrai plus. La résidence est très agréable, calme et sécurisée et nous avons largement profité de la piscine ! Nous recommanderions volontiers ce logement en hors saison : juin est le mois idéal pour profiter de la Corse et particulièrement de la Balagne !
