"The apartment is well located, well equipped, sttractive and with wonderful sea and mountain views from the beautiful outside space. Air conditioning is wonderful. There are neighbours above and on either side. This was no problem for us during our stay. There were only two issues we raised. The first is that the property says 'sleeps 4' but we found the sofa bed too uncomfortable to use night after night. The second is that the listing makes no reference to needing to order bedding and towels,...

"We had a great stay at this villa in Marine St. Ambrogio with two small kids and a baby. Even though there is AC only upstairs, the sea breeze was lovely and cooling in the downstairs. The security fence around the pool gave us peace of mind with our 3 year old running around, and we and older kid enjoyed the short walk down to the waterside to play in the tidepools and snorkel. The pool is shared with the neighbors who are very nice. Alexandra the on-site hostess was very kind and helpful....

However, the partition between our terrace and the neighboring one was down because of a storm on August 17; when we checked-in on September 2, it hadn't been fixed, and we had not been advised. The terrace was therefore well-nigh unusable as it had no privacy, and nothing had been done by the time of our departure on September 8 notwithstanding our communications to the property management, which were ignored."
