The ground-floor studio comprises a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom.  
  
The best part about this studio: It has a lovely terrace where you can fully enjoy your vacation.  
Thanks to the residence's shared parking, it's easy to park a car.  
  
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price; only tea towels are not provided.
