"The hotel was definitely not as nice as we hoped. The parking lot was not in very good condition. There was definitely a smell. The stairs were carpeted and the carpet was disgusting. It smelled sour and looked like it had never been cleaned. The carpet in the halls and the room didn't seem much better. The toilet ran for hours while we were gone and I ended up having to fix it myself. The room did not feel very clean overall. The tub/shower had hair in it and all over the curtain, which should have been cleaned. There was hair in one of the beds. The place was smoke free but there were people hanging around outside smoking. Cigarette butts were all over the ground. We did not feel safe or comfortable in the parking lot at night because of people out there. The back door of the building did not lock and anyone could walk in without a key. There was a light from another building that shined through the window all night. We could not find a blackout shade. The room was a little hot and the a/c would not stay on more to make it cooler. We would not be staying here again. Others told us this place was nice and it was disappointing."

"Vending machine didn't work on the 3rd floor had to go to the second floor. Customer service not good and the food was ok. Overall the hotel is good and convenient to a lot of eating places."

"Stated in a "pet" room as I was traveling with one cat...the room smelled like a wet dog. Both headboards of the beds looked as though a dog or cat had scratched/ruined them. The bathroom door had looked like someone locked their dog in there and the dog tried to get out - scratches over the back of the door and a corner chewed. Breakfast was very basic, nothing to write home about. Just curious why they charge 25/pet per night but they never make any repairs? Not surprised bacause we all know they aren't doing the customer any favors, but they could do some repaira with the money they chargw the customer. For the price, I would have/should have stayed elsewhere. "
