You have to make a "noise" to get the desk clerk as they sit or whatever around the corner. The refrigerator was missing from our room, the ice bucket was missing from our room. The clerk had to go to three other rooms to find an ice bucket for me. You have to reach over to a shelf below the sink to get your toilet tissue. They don'y have it on a hanger/holder by the toilet. I will not stay there again!

Rooms was dirty extra pillow was stained with yellow stains bathroom was dirty dust every where shower curtain was ripped and dirty shower was was peeling chair was stained with god knows what and found old cloths behind window curtains. Desk staff and breakfast lady was so nice but the hotel needs to hire better house keepers and the do all the rooms

Conveniently located off of 95 check was easy front desk attendant was friendly and polite unfortunately the sign on 95 that stated the hotel had been newly renovated, was very misleading half of the curtains in the room. We’re missing the toilet ran constantly, I did ask to have someone come and look at the toilet, but no one showed up. The bathtub was peeling and cracked, and there was no hairdryer, the overall feel of the room was tired and worn out, I don’t know if I would stay there again

Wasn't happy that after10hrs.,of traveling and getting situated into our room that our Air, AC, Wasn't working. I could not adjust the air and had to put 2 pillows over the Ac because it was too cold. Couldn't even turn it off. Also the room microwave and coffee maker we could not use because it was not plugged into the outlet. Had to move the furniture to plug them in, only to find out the extension cord provided was a 3 prong and could not be plugged in.

Woman who was at the front desk was very kind. There was a mix up and we had two reservations and she fixed the issue immediately. She was friendly and approachable. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and water pressure was great. Food was ok. Typical for a hotel buffet but it saved us time in the morning. Would recommend this hotel.

I really liked the layout of the room. I also liked the location. However, some areas were in need if an update. The rug and living room area furniture seemed a little worn. But all in all, I am scheduled to stay on my return trip, and I am fine with that.

While the lobby has been renovated the rooms are in pretty bad shape. The location near the exit ramp was very noisy. I would not recommend this place at all.

Unfortunately, my room was not the very clean. There were hairs left on the bathroom floor. My ac did not work. I tried to call the front desk about it but could never get through. I went down, but the front desk clerk was in an emotional state so I didn’t even bother. I’ll pass over this one next time.

The room we paid for was not clean. They did not call before hand and let me know. They told me when I got there and the staff was seating on the couch on her phone and acted like be bring there was upsetting her time. When she did tell me she was very rude about it. If you are going to say there before you pay for the room call them to make sure the room is clean.

Upon entering the room all the mirrors, windows and tv were streaked from whatever they were cleaned with. There was a wad of pubic hair on the floor, trash and toys in the corner of the room and drops of urine on the toilet seat. The bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned and was badly stained. There was long hairs on the bathroom floor. The clerk at the desk was kind enough to spot clean what i had pointed out but i could not bring myself to stay in the room.and checked into another hotel. When i turned in my key asked did not even ask why i wasn't stayimg or anything of the sort.

We were in Room 202. Temperature control in room did not work. Temperature indicated it was on but could not be adjusted from air conditioning to heat modes. Indicator displayed only “on”. We couldn’t switch from Cool to Heat or even to Off. We were cold all night.

We stopped here on our way to Daytona to sleep for the night. We got a deal on the room so we weren’t expecting much other than no bed bugs. Everything was incredibly clean and spacious. We were quite surprised with the room for less than $80 a night. Check in was great, staff was great. The bathtub was older so the top coat was peeled off and discolored a bit. It’s an older bathtub, it happens. It didn’t bother us one bit. Highly recommend.

The floor I stayed on smelled foul, in the room there were coffee pods and cups but no coffee machine, the shower only had one temperature and it was scolding hot, shower curtain was ripped . I could go on and on

This hotel is horrible. The room smelled of pee, the floors were filthy, beds smelled like pee and the sheet seemed not washed. There was mouse droppings in the bathroom. Absolutely horrible. I recommend staying away from this hotel.

The breakfast lady was very nice polite and extremely helpful. The property was nice some update but more could be done. The front desk ladies where very very nice except the one that checked us in that Saturday afternoon,attitude was on high short talk was not happy with her. But the othe Ladies where very nice. Booked for convenience on a long i95 road trip. One day stay. Loved the outdoor seating area in the front. Room was clean and comfortable. They keep the hotel clean and updated/nicer than expected for the price. Neighborhood and surrounding area is basic but looks like there’s basic options nearby to order, supermarket etc. Not sure about safety but the immediate vicinity was fine. The breakfast was pretty good and the lobby is nice for a traveler hotel-modern, little fireplace etc. Staff was nice and got our room as quickly as possible. The room also had modern bathrooms. Only cons are that shower water didn’t get so hot, warm but not super hot, and not all vending machines work. As a traveler, my family and I found this place convenient and comfortable. We weren’t dining or touring, just needed a clean comfortable hotel for a road trip overnight stay.

I booked two days. I was out all day when I returned to hotel, my room keys were not active. I went to front desk and told Alelea that I booked two nights and that cards were not working she checked computer and confirmed reservation. She activated keys for me. I went up to room everything was as I left it. I prepared to go to sleep and fire alarm keep beeping every 30 seconds. I tried to call front desk and room phone didn't work. I had to return to front desk. Aleela said she would move us to room directly across the hall so I could sleep. I appreciate the effort to make my stay less stressful and to provide excellent customer service!!!
