"We stayed at this hotel for an extended family vacation - 12 people of various ages. It could not have been a more perfect house or location! We loved the distance to Chattanooga and how close we were to so many incredible hiking spots like Cloudland Canyons (12 minutes away) and Lula Lake (10 minutes). Having two kitchens was extremely helpful for such a large group, and the mix of bedroom styles made it so conducive for the various ages. The check in and check out process was SO easy and seamless - I was very appreciative of the responsiveness of the hosts pre and during our stay. All around, this could not have been a better trip and we hope to rent Woodland Cottage again in the future. "

"We rented the main house and the barn for a large family gathering. There was plenty of room and the yard is hugh. Great views on the decks to enjoy coffee or a cocktail. The fire pit in the middle was our main hangout at night. It is super close to attractions. Had a few issues but the staff fixed them quickly and made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely stay here again next time we have a big family gathering."

"It was a wonderful stay for our family of 4 (13 and 3 year olds). A peaceful location amongst the trees with a fishing pond just a stroll down the hill. It was a great central location for our trips to Cloudland Canyon, Lookout Mountain, and Chattanooga. The host was responsive and no detail was missed in the cabin. We can't wait to return for our next visit!"

"We booked Marcie’s house for our semi annual vacation for 30 people for a week. The house had plenty of beds and bathrooms for the whole crew. The kids loved fishing and swimming all day. The kitchen was loaded and the house had plenty of grills making dinners easy. The pool is huge & Marcie helped keep it clean all week. The property is so private and so much to do there. We loved the open carport next to the pool as it provided a tons of shade with a breeze going through. At night we were all able to enjoy dinners and card games in the massive dining room next to the kitchen. The AC kept the house comfortable and there was so much seating inside and outside, something that can be a challenge with such a large group. Another big shout out is the refrigerator space, we have never had so many refrigerators in a house for a group this size. Marcie’s communication was exceptional. She was proactive with setting up times to clean pool/check hot tub , and she answered any question our group had within minutes. There is a dollar general conveniently located within a mile of the house too. So many fun activities and places to visit within 30 mins of the house as well! What a wonderful trip with an A host. I hope to return. "

"We had a horrible experience flying into the area, but as soon as we pulled up to house that all melted away. We enjoyed the scenery and spent a bit of time on the deck outside. We would come back in a heartbeat!"
