Everything was amazing specially the location. Lots of food options inside and nearby the hotel. View of the bund was mesmerising from our side. But the room decor was not upto date. Rest eveything was excellent

The location and view is great! Employees are very friendly and nice. The windows or air conditioning is kind of cold, don't understand why, but the cold air is all around in the room though the room temperature shows 22 degrees. Since we only stayed one night, we didn't call the service. The outlet doesn't seem enough, and the hair dryer is in the room instead of the bathroom, which is kind of odd. Breakfast is not included, but if to have breakfast individually, it's way too expensive that close to $40 per person.
