"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"Room was immaculate. On departure I cut my finger very badly and the receptionist had no plaster or a first aid kit and eventually found me some toilet roll. Following this we ordered a taxi to the hotel but the lift was shut causing us to have to walk down flights of stairs with blood from my finger going all over my clothes and luggage and then we missed our taxi. "Great spot to stay with ample parking! Check in was easy, and the room was great. Not much around within walking distance, but with a car, a quick drive away is a large grocery store and ample restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay! "

"The staff were very friendly and informative and facilities were very good. Cinema is a bonus with extensive film choice. Allso we were all very impressed with the standard and creativity of food offered by Jamie the chef. I would highly recommend this property and has great access to the slopes really is a jewel in the Swiss alps we will definitely return!"

"We had a wonderful stay here, right at the foot of the slopes. Our room was amazing as we were on the corner and had a wrap around balcony. It was clean on arrival and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice although there could have been more warm vegetarian options for my friend. The spa facilities were nice after a day on the slopes although the jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Ski lockers were a bit small but there is a ski hire shop next door which was handy. Despite a few minor things I’ve still given it 5 stars as I would definitely stay there again and hope to next year."

"Stayed here in early January for 5 days of snowboarding. Absolutely perfect location being only 5 minutes walk from the lifts. Our rooms were spacious and warm, and were kitted out with appliances so should you wish to do your own cooking and save a fortune on eating out, you could do. The hotel also has a lively bar area with pool, table football and darts. Breakfast is extra but at 13 euros it's a good deal and is good fun making your own eggs and bacon on the hotplate ! Love this place !"
