Beautiful apartment in a super strategic position, just a 5-minute walk from the lake and a 15-minute walk along the lake from the center of Lugano.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a cozy balcony.  
  
In this wonderful newly renovated apartment, you will find every comfort you could wish for. We have thought of every detail, so that you will feel pampered as if you were at home.  
  
Check-in is completely independent. You will receive a code and, starting from 14:00, you will be able to enter the apartment at any time you wish, even late at night.  
  
The room is very welcoming and bright. It is furnished with high quality furniture and features a large double bed with sheets and duvet. In addition, each guest has two types of pillows available, so they can choose their favorite one for sleeping. There is also a large mirror and a 40 '' 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, where you can connect with your Netflix account, AmazonPrime, etc. Of course, there is a powerful Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.  
  
For new parents there is also a cot, complete with a 10 cm mattress.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped. You will have at your disposal a kettle, a toaster, an electric juicer, a microwave oven and of course a Nespresso coffee machine. Upon arrival you will find some free capsules as a welcome gift and basic spices and condiments (salt, sugar, pepper, oil and vinegar).  
  
For those who need it there is also a washing machine (with dryer), a clothes rack and even an iron.  
  
Finally, the bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, double sanitary fittings (toilet and bidet) and a sink with drawers. You will also have at your disposal shampoo, shower gel and of course towels and a hairdryer.  
  
Get ready for a stay worthy of a five-star hotel!  
  
For any need Ana & Federico will always be at your disposal, ready to offer you 24h assistance. A concierge service is available (except at night) via the Airbnb chat to which you can ask any question about the apartment, to the best restaurants in the area and the recommended attractions. At any time you will enjoy assistance worthy of a 5-star hotel!  
  
The apartment is located in the Cassarate area, one of the most beautiful districts of the city of Lugano. You will be a stone's throw from the lake, near a 5-star hotel and the famous Michelin restaurant Arté. So don't be surprised if you see luxury cars and celebrities passing by!  
  
To reach the center of Lugano you can take a wonderful 15-minute walk along the lake. If, on the other hand, you prefer to travel by public transport, there are two bus stops close to the apartment that will connect you strategically to the whole city in a few minutes.  
  
Just 5 minutes walk from the apartment you can also reach the departure of the funicular that takes you to the top of Monte Bré, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city of Lugano.  
  
Whatever your needs, you will find yourself in a super strategic position to spend a perfect stay from every point of view!  
  
The apartment has a very convenient private parking just in front of the building. You will have a personal parking space reserved just for you.  
  
In addition, just a few steps away you have two bus stops that connect you to the Lugano train station and all strategic points of the city of Lugano.  
  
If you want to admire Lugano from the lake, you can also take a boat tour on Lake Lugano in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.  
  
Finally, right in front of the apartment there is the company "Smart Rent" where you can rent cars, scooters and even wakeboard motor boats to fully enjoy the beauty of Lake Lugano.
