Purple contrasts with the white of the modern living room furniture, like the color of the large sofa in the TV area and the chairs of the dining table for 6 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the corridor. There are two double bedrooms and a one single bedroom with a desk, while all of them spacious and furnished with a closet for storing your wardrobe comfortably. Everyone has their own privacy, thanks to the 2 bathrooms with shower. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited. The apartment does not have a private parking, but you can park on the paid public parking lots nearby. Access: Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN. An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration. In case of need, our customer service is ready to assist you from 8am to 10pm by phone, email or WhatsApp. What\\'s nearby: Lakefront and Lac are 5 walking minutes distant, while the city centre and the station of Lugano are 7 walking minutes from the apartment; the bus stop is close to the building complex. The area is very well served: in front of the building there is a grocery store. How to arrive: If you arrive by train, from Lugano station walk about 15 minutes (about 1 km) along Via Clemente Maraini in a southerly direction (towards Paradiso), or take bus No. 2 for 2 stops or bus No. 4 for 2 stops and get off at \\"Lugano Loreto\\" stop. The building is located 10 meters from the stop. The apartment does not have private parking, but you can park in the paid public car parks nearby.
