ROGGIA 6 is perfect for romantic couples holidays. Situated in a quiet residential area, the apartment is on the 1st floor of a newly built building, called La Perla del Ticino. Enjoy a glass of refined Ticino wine on the terrace overlooking the mountains, or eat a wonderful meal prepared with local products in the modern kitchen. The double bedroom is comfortable and warm and faces a small terrace. The bathroom has a modern shower, bistre/ruby tiles with floral decorations. The apartment is also ideal for business trips: it is a 3-minute walk from the Lugano Exhibition Center and 10 minutes from the historic center. The living room has a double sofa bed for possible extra guests (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited. The apartment does not have a private parking space, but you can park in the paid public car parks close to the building. How to arrive: If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take \\"Lugano Nord\\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop \\"Viganello, La Santa\\" (about 10 minutes).
