The entire apartment is designed with a pleasant design floor that is both modern and cozy at the same time. The large bedroom has a double bed in the size of 180 x 200 cm and a large closet that offers plenty of Plartz. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds of size 90 x 200 cm and also a spacious closet. The spacious living / dining room has a 49 inch UHD flat screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player with a large selection of DVDs. Throughout the apartment you will receive internet via Wi-Fi. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The shower room with hair dryer is small but nice, modern and like the rest of the apartment also completely refurbished. A small balcony completes the overall picture of the apartment. Washer and dryer are in the basement and are always available. Also in the basement are 4 bikes (size 26 and 28 inches), which can be used gladly. By bike, the beautiful city center of Lüneburg can be reached in 10 minutes. The train station Lüneburg can be reached by bike in 10 minutes on a beautiful bike path along the Ilmenau. By train in 30 minutes in the city center of Hamburg, a city that is always worth a visit! On request, we are happy to provide a highchair or toddler high chair available. Also on request we can set up a baby travel cot for you. Bed linen, towels are available, they will be charged separately, just like the final cleaning. You can park in front of the house. Surroundings: In just 3 km you reach the historic water district Lüneburg (called "stint") in the numerous restaurants and cafes to linger. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2025 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Kerstin D. 22 juin 2025 Points faibles : Propreté #### Alles andere als außergewöhnlich - eher sehr gewöhnlich Die FeWo ist zwar gut gelegen und man erreicht Lüneburg zu Fuß in weniger als 30 Minuten, allerdings bedarf sie dringend mal einer Generalüberholung. Es war nicht wirklich sauber, die Möbel sind insgesamt recht abgewohnt, verschrammt, mit Flecken. Die Dusche ist schwergängig zu bedienen, wenn überhaupt möglich, teilweise fallen Hebel ab. Es ist zwar alles da, was man im Haushalt benötigt, aber oft in wenig gepflegtem Zustand, Geschirr mit deutlichen Spuren der Vorbenutzer. Etliche DVDs bei defektem DVD player. 5 Räder stehen zur Verfügung, davon 2 gehen halbwegs, sind aber platt, die Gangschaltung teilweise defekt ( nur 2 Gänge statt 7) und müssen aus dem Keller durch das enge und schlecht riechende ungepflegte Treppenhaus hoch- und am Ende wieder runtergewuchtet werden. Diese FeWo hat, entgegen der Anpreisung im Internet und den stark geschönten bzw. sehr alten Bildern, ihre außerordentlichen Zeiten leider lange hinter sich gelassen und bedarf dringend einer Renovierung ##### Kerstin D.
