Great open space both upstairs and down for people to spread out and enjoy different activities. Close to downtown and Stearns beach. Bicycles available. Only negative was hard floors and open areas above bedrooms allowed noise to travel. We took care of this by using fans at night to lessen the effect. What a gem, great location with all the amenities for day trips to the beach or cruising around town. Really beautiful property with lots of space for activities and a great deck. The only thing is that bedrooms on the first floor, kitchen, and living room have an architecture feature where the walls doing go all the way up the ceiling. Sound carries really well, so privacy doesn't really exist on the first floor. Morning people like me may struggle a bit. Other than that, it's a really great place. ##### Dan F.
