This house is all about the location and was fantastic for our group w 5 kiddos under 5\. One block from the beach, and super walkable to town for ice creams, coffee, playgrounds, and children’s art and museum activities. The adults enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub after bedtimes. The house itself is on the older side but completely functional. Just be mindful of noisy doors with kid nap times if that’s a dynamic for your group. I don’t recommend for a “nice get away.” As a lot of things did not work, such as lights in bathrooms, coffee maker, fans, doors barely closing (due to being old home), floors lean downstairs area. Living space / comfy seating is limited. We had trash and stains on the counter upon arrival. Hot tub was nice, yet stinky and had dirt and sand at the bottom.
