Il Collegio is a comfortable two-story detached house that has been renovated in 2025\. This holiday rental property features a private fenced garden, convenient parking just 10 meters away, and complimentary internet WiFi access. The property is situated in a secluded and sunny hilltop location in Lucinasco, Italy, offering a peaceful retreat for guests.

The property boasts a beautifully maintained 160-square-meter fenced garden adorned with lawns and flowers. A spacious 50-square-meter terrace provides an excellent outdoor living space, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue. The property also features an arbour and a planted inner courtyard, creating multiple spaces for outdoor relaxation and entertainment.

The first floor offers a bright living/sleeping room with a panoramic window and a double sofabed (140 x 200 cm), complemented by a wood-burning stove. An open kitchen flows into a dining area with a small bar. On the upper floor, you'll find two bedrooms - one with both a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with a dining table, and another with a French bed (140 x 190 cm). The house includes two bathrooms: a shower room with WC on the ground floor and a full bathroom with bidet on the upper floor. Parquet flooring runs throughout the upper level.

Your vacation home comes fully equipped with modern conveniences including a washing machine, barbecue facilities, dishwasher, wood-burning stove, and a private patio. The kitchen features modern appliances including an oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. For families with young children, a high chair and baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years are provided. Additional amenities include heating, iron, hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi. The house can accommodate up to 7 guests across its 2 bedrooms and living room sofabed.
