Someone screw up my accommodation for this stay. I inform them ahead that I will be arriving at the hostel around midnight to 1am, There a lot of confusion and did not get to check in at the hotel. Felt homeless and cold, and Expedia did not do anything else too. Not sure who to blame for the mix ups and they ask me to refund one day. I went back to Zurich and book for a hotel and never go back to Lucerne cause I had bad experience. Make sure to email them in case that you know that you are arriving too late, cause you might end up like me, cold, looks homeless, and no help from the capsule and Expedia. This is one of the hostel that I am looking forward but its very, very bad experience.
