"This was our second stay at CocoLaPalm. We originally stayed as a couple in April, 2023 and had a wonderful vacation. The property is well managed and clean. Staff are absolutely incredible. When my husband asked about having a special dessert (Toto!) prepared for my birthday, they arranged to make it happen on site. We return for our second stay this year in March, 2024, bringing our 7 and 5 year old children along. We were a little apprehensive about doing so as we did not want to ruin the chill vibe for others on the beach but the kids were welcomed with open arms and they loved CocoLaPalm. Prior to our most recent visit, my daughter had a serious medical concern which required some accommodation to our room assignment. I reached out to the reception who were responsive and professional in managing the request. Upon arrival, everything had been arranged to ensure that her medical needs were respected. We absolutely love this gem of a place. It is much more than a hotel, it is a place to make memories and the people are simply outstanding. Many thanks to everyone who made our vacation outstanding!
