Property is nice, showing a little wear and tear though. Certain things did not work like ice machine, TV. The buffet was great. Resort needs more staff for drink service etc, if you weren't directly by the pool and on the beach rarely would you be approached if you want a drink. Nice private beach set up with chairs for everyone, the pool is massive. Overall enjoyed the resort.

Great hospitality. The servive was outstanding. All of the needs that i had were attended to. I will recomend the property to a food friend.

Food was great. Bed was not. Our bed was very noisy. If we turned or moved the noise was bad.

My experience at the Palladium was great.The staff was friendly. The entertainment crew was fabulous. The pools was amazing. The food was ok. The property is beautiful however, the buildings in the back by the sea food resturant need to be painted. The rooms are outdated and requires maintenance. The ice machine need to be clean.

Well maintained, clean. many dining venues and different cuisines. very large pool area and abundant lounge chairs. large spread out beach area , ocean water very clear & warm

We stayed at this Resort for just one day because the resort we wanted to stay at did not have availability for our entire trip. I must say that I was truly disappointed even after reading the reviews which I take heed to what other people think of properties and how they are treated. This property has no elevators they put you in very pretty gorgeous Villas that have no air condition at all!! Yes they do have a golf cart that will come around and pick you up and believe me if you want to wait for it it is worth the wait because you will be climbing Hills just to get to food and swimming. I was so disappointed there's no way for you to reach the front desk. It's not clear on what number to dial to reach them or room service. The air condition & the phone or inoperable. Maintenance did come eventually to fix the phone although it was useless the air condition never got fixed. They have two buffets that are exactly the same with mediocre food. I am a Tipper but I was truly disappointed even after tipping that the staff was simply not as friendly or attentive. And you have to get past the timeshare welcoming committee in order to check in which was also discouraging. I did like the jerk chicken hut but the drinks were water down like many of the other Resorts I truly believe they are diluting the alcohol. It was a very pretty resort with no air condition and not so friendly staff. also remember you are in the middle of nowhere so you have to take a ride and pay for Excursions
