"Excellent location. Extremely clean. Home away from home, fully stocked kitchen, basically a 2bdrm 1bath apartment of new construction. The loud music mentioned by others is an issue, but tolerable. The second bedroom, small and overlooking a dank alley, is dark and quiet, great for sleeping. No space to stop the car and unload luggage, it’s a bus lane, unlike what the hotel suggested. Beware that check-in time is 4pm, not the usual 3pm. "

There was a lot of stair climbing involved, which was fine for us but maybe not all older people.
