On the upper floor, you'll find a room with a double bed and cable TV, which has an exit leading to a balcony, as well as another room with two beds.

The property comes equipped with a shower/WC, a balcony, a partly roofed terrace, and a small garden. Outdoor furniture and a box-room are also provided.
