Situated on the first floor of a recently built residence from 2025, this 60 m² apartment impresses with its contemporary design and carefully selected features. The apartment is located just 20 metres from the sea, providing guests with an exclusive setting near the water and, from certain vantage points, an indirect view of the Baltic Sea. The interior comprises a well-proportioned living area with a cosy sofa corner, a dining table, and a bright open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living room, allowing for a sociable and spacious ambience. It is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge with integrated freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso espresso machine, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, tableware, and cutlery. Guests will also find dish towels provided as part of the initial amenities.
