A town villa from 1913 just a few minutes' walk from the town center and the river Trave with a quiet, sunny courtyard. The accommodation has been extensively renovated by us to make it energy efficient. We have preserved the original charm of the accommodation with high rooms, old doors and pitch pine floors. It is very centrally located in the quiet and popular Fehlingstraße. This spacious apartment is on the mezzanine floor (8 steps up to the front door) of our three-family house. 2 bedrooms with double bed (one bedroom open to the living room separated by a curtain), bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, washing machine (for a fee) and separate guest WC. Living area with glass veranda facing south and a sofa bed for 2 people. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchenette and the dining area for 6 people. You have a WiFi connection. Private exit to the garden with its own terrace and garden furniture. A large garden of 600 m² with plenty of lawn offers space for children to run around and relax in the afternoon sun. The garden is equipped with garden furniture, a sandpit for the little ones, a barbecue, sun loungers and a beach chair. There is a parking space for your car and your bicycles as well as a bicycle stand/bicycle shelter. Seaside resort of Travemünde, the most beautiful daughter of the historic Hanseatic city of Lübeck. Ferry and fishing harbor at the mouth of the Trave into the Baltic Sea with a closed old town and venue for international sailing regattas. Take a stroll along the Trave promenade. House-high ferries pass close enough to touch. The Bay of Lübeck with its varied coastal landscape and nature reserves as well as the culture and history of this region make Travemünde a versatile vacation destination. The Baltic Sea is practically at your feet here - you can reach the fine sandy, kilometer-long beach in a short time. Here you will also find the beach promenade and the popular 60-metre-long promenade jetty as well as the beach terrace and the pirate playground. Enjoy a fantastic view of the passing "big pots" and the sea. Incidentally, the Bay of Lübeck is a sailing paradise! Barrier-free development makes it easy to reach the promenade and spa beach. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés as well as attractive leisure activities, sights and excursion destinations. Hiking and cycling routes, sailing schools, beautiful golf courses and a variety of events such as the Travemünde Week, the sand sculpture exhibition or the autumn kite and light festival. Dogs are welcome here. Please note that your pets do not belong in the bedrooms and bring enough blankets for the sofas for protection. Do not allow pets to jump onto the sofas/beds. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet, es hatte auch alles Nötige (Bettchen, Hochstuhl) und Spielsachen für unsere zweijährige Tochter. Wir haben fast immer selber gekocht, was in der gut ausgestatteten Küche viel Spass macht. Auch die Lage ist ideal- an einer ruhigen Quartierstrasse gelegen, gelegentlich fährt der Zug nach Lübeck vorbei, was allerdings kaum stört. Am Morgen ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten in verschiedenen Bäckereien, wo man herrlich frühstücken kann und auch der REWE-Markt liegt eigentlich gleich um die Ecke, wo man alles Lebensnotwendige bekommt. Wir haben es auch sehr geschätzt, dass wir immer garantiert einen Parkplatz gleich neben dem Haus frei hatten. Wir können die Wohnung Fidji nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Die Wohnung ist Perfekt ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küchenzeile findet man alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Elektrogeräte sind hochwertig und sehr gepflegt. Es wurde an alles gedacht, vom Erste Hilfe Päckchen im Bad, bis zum Kinderbesteck in der Küche. Die Wohnung ist Top Sauber und alle Möbel sind sehr funktional. Auch unser Hund war hier Bestens aufgehoben. Er durfte mit in den schönen, großen Garten und natürlich auch auf unsere kleine, zur Wohnung gehörenden Terrasse. Diese ist mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten + Strandkorb ausgestattet. Die Schlüssel; und Wohnungsübergabe hat Dank des guten Service von Frau Schneider ( Wohnungsverwaltung ), sehr gut geklappt. Sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und sehr bemüht, damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Wir hatten auch Gelegenheit Frau Neun ( Vermieterin ), kennen zu lernen. Auch sie war überaus freundlich und nahm sofort einen kleinen Wunsch von uns ( für den nächsten Besuch ) auf. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Ein Bäcker und eine Ärztin befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Wasser und der schönen Flaniermeile sind es nur ein Paar Schritte. Wir haben nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Strand, Trave, Geschäfte, alles ist in der Nähe. Unser Dank gilt Frau Neun und Frau Schneider. Wir wurden wieder freundlich begrüßt, sie haben immer ein offenes Ohr, wenn was anfällt. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Jahr. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und schön geräumig. Ganz grosser Pluspunkt ist, dass sie sehr zentral gelegen ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es quasi um die Ecke. Ein ganz grosses Dankeschön an dieser Stelle an Frau Schneider für die tolle Betreuung und Abwicklung (telefonisch wie vor Ort). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
