Summary:
Have fun with the whole family at this brand new home in Lubbock. The Golden Paradise is new in every way. Each bedroom features either a king or queen size bed while the living room has plenty of seating to enjoy the 70 smart TV. If you enjoy cooking during your stay you'll find everything you would need to make a great gourmet meal or enjoy warming up takeout from one of Lubbock's many restaurants. Fast wifi and a safe and quiet neighborhood adds to the many benefits of this new home.

The Space:
This home has brand new furniture and furnishings throughout the home. The living room features a large comfy sectional and coffee table to enjoy the large 70 smart TV. Log into your favorite streaming service to enjoy whatever entertainment that you'd like but please be sure to log out at the end of your stay.

If you prefer to cook during your stay you won't have any trouble whipping together whatever you'd like with the fully furnished kitchen. There are plenty of quality pots and pans baking sheets and various other items here for whatever recipe you have in mind. We've even made sure to include wine glasses in the cabinets so that you can pair the perfect drink with your meal.

When the day has ended and it's time to rest, you will enjoy lying down on one of our plush mattresses. The first bedroom features a king-size bed and the master bedroom has two queen-size beds for your kids or those traveling with you. Each bedroom has nightstands and USB/wireless charging lamps to keep your electronics charged and ready for the next day. If you sleep on the cool side, there are extra quilts and blankets throughout the house to keep you warm.

Both bathrooms are spacious and comfortable for your needs. We've included wall-mounted hair dryers and shower dispensers filled with soap and body wash so that you don't have to worry about bringing all your toiletries or if you've forgotten something. There are also plenty of towels for everyone.

In addition to the comforts of the home we've also included garage parking for single vehicle as another amenity. Of course there's always free parking in the driveway or street, but sometimes it's nice to park inside when it's cold outside or you don't feel like unloading your vehicle. Please keep in mind the garage is meant to fit normal size cars and SUV's. If you drive a large truck you may not fit.

The backyard is small but comfortable with it's large covered patio and small turfed area.

You must be in good standing to book with us and have positive rental history and reviews. We do not rent to local Lubbock residents.

This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule due to the owner's sever allergies and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee.

All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of any locked cleaning closets.

The Neighborhood:
The Golden Paradise is located in Northwest Lubbock in the new Lincoln 16 subdivision. This neighborhood is quiet, safe, and all new construction. This home is located near the Clovis Highway, West Loop 289, and several grocery stores and other shopping areas.

Getting Around:
We definitely recommend having a vehicle for your trip. Lubbock is difficult to get around without one since the city's public transportation is minimal compared to other larger cities. If you don't have a vehicle, Uber and Lyft are the only options but luckily they do work well.

Other Things to Note:
Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee.

This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee. Service animals will be required to show proof of registration BEFORE booking.

Host-Initiated Cancellation Policy
While we make every effort to honor all confirmed reservations, there may be rare instances where cancellation is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that we must cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:

Full Refund: Guests will receive a 100% refund of any payments made toward the reservation.
No Additional Liability: Our responsibility is limited strictly to the refund of monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to alternative accommodations, transportation, or other travel-related expenses.
Best Efforts to Assist: In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodations within our property network, if available, but we cannot guarantee availability or rates.
Force Majeure Clause: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to property damage, utility failures, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations that affect short-term rentals.
Sale of Property: In the event the property is sold prior to your scheduled stay and the new owner does not wish to honor existing bookings, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. A full refund of any payments made will be issued, but we are not liable for securing alternative accommodations or covering additional expenses.
Removal from Rental Market: We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the property is permanently or temporarily removed from the short-term rental market for any reason. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued, and no further compensation or liability will be assumed.
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent before your check-in date. We reserve the right to decline any alteration request.

There is a doorbell camera at this property that records when motion is detected.

House Rules:
- No pets!
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in an immediate $500 fine plus damages.
- No smoking inside the property.
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors.
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, message us and let us know immediately.

Interaction with Guests:
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, please message us and we will be happy to assist.
