The Space: Discover a tranquil retreat in our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit, perfectly located within walking distance to Tech, groceries, coffee shops, and vibrant shopping areas. The Cactus Rose offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and modern amenities, making it the ideal spot for your next getaway. As you enter, you will be greeted by our inviting living room, featuring comfortable seating for five, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the neighborhood. The space is tastefully decorated to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our updated kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances and is stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Enjoy the convenience of cooking at home with all the essentials at your fingertips. Just off the kitchen is a dining room table to sit and enjoy your culinary creations. The master bedroom hosts a comfortable queen-sized bed. The desk and chair in this room add a convenient and private place to do some work. The second bedroom contains another queen bed and a twin in the same room. Blackout curtains are included in both rooms to guarantee peaceful sleep while a pack 'n play in the closet lends another sleeping space for our littlest guests. The bathroom is in the hallway directly between the bedrooms. Inside, you will find a tub/shower combo with plenty of shampoo and body wash. There is also a hair dryer in the drawer for our guest's convenience. Next to the door to the backyard is a closet with a washer and dryer for our guests that may need to do some laundry during their stay with us. We also included an iron, ironing board, broom, dust pan. Step outside and discover the community garden next door, where you can enjoy a peaceful stroll or simply relax in nature. Gather your group and pick a few fresh veggies or admire the wildflowers. All we ask is that you are very mindful of the space and do not leave any messes behind. You're welcome to park in the driveway or along the street. Please make sure that when parking on the street that you are facing the correct direction and at least 3ft from curbs to avoid being ticketed. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out (Subject to Availability) Early check-in and late check-out MAY be available for an additional fee of $20.00 per hour, for up to 2 hours. Early check-in: Payment must be submitted before 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. Late check-out: Payment must be submitted no later than 10:00 PM on the evening before departure. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer! Other than Uber Lubbock has City Bus Transportation. The bus stop is located on 20th and Akron. Other Things to Note: Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee. Host-Initiated Cancellation Policy While we make every effort to honor all confirmed reservations, there may be rare instances where cancellation is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we must cancel your reservation, the following terms apply: Full Refund: Guests will receive a 100% refund of any payments made toward the reservation. No Additional Liability: Our responsibility is limited strictly to the refund of monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to alternative accommodations, transportation, or other travel-related expenses. Best Efforts to Assist: In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodations within our property network, if available, but we cannot guarantee availability or rates. Felt clean and organized well. Sheets were new and hardwoods help make house feel clean. (Did not have fake house odor things which don't work and make me sneeze). Check-in was a little clunky on my end- you have to fill out a form online and I had bad cell service driving into Lubbock, so just make note to check your email before you go! Great communication from owners when I was struggling. Garden next door was beautiful! I had my morning coffee from the little bench and got a tour from the owner of garden, who lives next door and welcomes people to come enjoy it. No Keurig (coffee pot Instead) but they did have folgers in fridge to use, so bring your own coffee grounds if you care. Thank you for a great stay!
