Despite the front office staff being helpful on the phone, and the room being very large, I would never stay at this propert again. There were bbq grills everywhere indicating long term tenants, the place felt unsafe, dark black mold in shower, no toiletries and the place smelled of smoke. There was limited options this weekend but I definitely learned a lesson

The property seems to be old apartment buildings, it reminded me of my college apartment, only dirtier. It's spacious and has the amenities of home, but they were pretty gross.The fridge had no shelves in it and was so dirty that Jeffry Dahmer wouldn't have stored HIS meals in it. Literally have old vegetable parts and spilled orange juice in it. My bed didn't have a top sheet and I had to go to the office to get one. There were food crumbs everywhere, including on the two chairs, glass rings and the lights flickered making me worried there was a short. If I were going to be there for a long time and was interested in spending some time to clean the filth, it would be fine, but I didn't even want to shower there since the tub was dirty and the shower curtain rod was held up with tape. I drove home and showered there the next day.

So So Room
Last minute trip to Lubbock for football game. Room was okay but I would not stay here again. It was not very clean however it was in a safe area. You could hear all the neighbors all night long....

We like that this property is pet friendly as well as having a kitchen. Only problem is that the kitchen had no cups, plates, utensils. The coffee pot didn’t work either 😡

First off, the pics are deceiving. Does not look like the website. Second, the walk to the room was awful. People hanging out around the rooms and property. Prostitutes walking around also. And the room, at least my room, was completely dirty. Nothing was cleaned. Floor was very dirty. Toilet was not cleaned. And the smell! Stay away!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Room had old food left in the fridge, dog food on the floor, dirty table, used pillow cases. There was no housekeeping on site....People were outside drinking and smoking and being loud until after midnight.

Terrible condition
This place is a dump. Old, dirty. The room was functional, but the condition was very poor. As I walked into the room, the first thing I noticed was a cracked and peeling desk chair..not a good start. There is a full kitchenette but there were absolutely No dishes, pans or glasses for use- so useless. The garbage can under the sink was not emptied. The oven had burnt food all over the bottom of it. The bed was decent except the bedding- there were stains on the comforter and hairs. I actually went out and bought new sheets pillows and quilt for our use. The floors were super dirty and nasty- I had to wear shoes the entire time! The smell of the room!…old musty smoke like smell- ugh. The bathroom shower was gross. There was hair on the floor and a punch mark in the door. Had there been any other vacancies anywhere in the area, we would have left but we were stuck there. The outside “amenities” include a rusty grill and an algae filled pool. This is an old, dingy Studio 6 motel, not a vrbo type place. Completely dissatisfied. Aweful!

Overall, dealing with the people working at the motel was very pleasant. But the room was quite noisy and run-down, certain lights didn't work (at the bathroom sink, for example), the bathtub drain didn't work, the desk chair was barely functional, etc. For the price I paid for staying there two nights, I would have thought the room should have been in better working order. I'll not be returning to stay at this property again.

A friend & I did not stay. Creepy. Trashy part of town. Another friends mom said she did not think it was safe for us so she took us back to her hotel. Slept on the floor there. So we never stayed at studio 6

DIRTY ROOMS!
This hotel is disgusting! The lobby was clean- but the room was so dirty! Absolutely disgusting! Grease on the floor in kitchen are- left footprints of previous guests. Food splatters still all over the wall. Bathroom had hair and dust piled in corners- toilet and bathtub dirty- unable to final another room in the area due to graduation- went out and bought my own cleaning supplies to clean up. Front desk offered no solution other than to say she was sorry about it. Terrible!! Do not stay here

This property is completely different from the images, the buildings are even a different color from what is shown in the images. Room smelled of marijuana, dishes were dirty with food on the plates, food residue all over the top of the stove, urine all over both toilets, hair in the tub where someone had shaved. Very disappointing.

We stayed here for 1 night. I felt that the price we paid for 1 night was not worth what we got. My reason for this is 1) the room is quite dated (not much upgrades done to room and bathroom), 2) although it came with a kitchenette, there was barely any anything provided. There were only 2 small plates and 2 coffee cups. No silverware, no basic cookware, no dishwashing liquid, no paper towels. I wasn't expecting a fully equipped kitchen but at least the basics. There was only 1 bag of decaf coffee which was disappointing. I drink caffeinated coffee but didn't want to walk to the front office so I just use the decaf one. 3) There were no toiletries provided. We had to go to the front office and request a bar of soap. 4) The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was a strand of someone's hair on the bathroom wall. I could tell the bathtub and surround wasn't cleaned. Bathroom floor was nasty with dirt around the baseboard. I'm not expecting a white glove inspected bathroom but just a decent, clean bathroom. Here are the good things about this hotel: 1) front office lady was friendly, 2) check in out out process went smoothly and quickly and 3) this hotel is located off University Blvd which makes for easy access to Texas Tech. There is a Target and restaurants within walking distance. We will not be staying there again unless all other options are sold out.

Disgusting bathroom
The bathroom was disgusting. There were finger nails and hair everywhere, the shower curtain was beyond disgusting looked like it had never been cleaned before. There were rust spots in the bathtub. There was still trash in the trash cans from previous people who stayed there.

Inside the unit was dirty. The floor was sticky and there were obvious bits of something on the floor. The recliner couch thing had areas that had clearly had something spilled or otherwise deposited on it that had not been wiped clean. The bathroom counter and bathroom seemed clean and the fridge was clean so they definitely cleaned some areas but missed others. I just stayed one night so didn't really mess w the kitchen but it appeared fine.

We booked this hotel because of the pool and the kitchen. I also called for a late checkin and was confirmed they would be open. Later I received an email stating the office would close at midnight. I called again and the office confirmed they would still be open all night since it was a weekend. The email also informed us that the pool was closed. It would have been nice to know that before I paid, since that was the motivation behind booking this particular hotel.

The property was very run down. The rooms were filthy. We had to go to Target and buy a broom a mop Clorox wipes and clean the room. It was disgusting. There were cockroaches in our room. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or dusted in months. There were blood splatter marks in the bathroom by the toilet, like someone was shooting up. The pool was closed. And the outside had not been taken care of. The pictures do not match the property. The front desk staff was very rude and didn’t not want to hand out extra towels. And the AC did not work. It was 110 and 100 the days we were there
