Easy access to all Lubbock has to offer. Minutes to depot district, TTU campus, & other LBK favorites. We have plenty of space for larger groups/families! Great for long or short-term stays! If you have any questions, please reach out. The property is treated for insects quarterly. \*Please Note: Prices vary by day of the week, seasonality, special event, etc. Enter the exact dates of your desired stay for accurate pricing! The space The house has beautiful luxury vinyl plank floors in all areas of the home. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped for any cooking you may want to do during your stay. This home has been completely renovated from the flooring to the bathrooms! Additionally, a new HVAC system will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. AMENITIES: bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, and conditioner are all on hand for your use as well as all the other usual amenities you would anticipate having in a hotel. A Washer/Dryer (powdered laundry detergent is available). ⋇Free WiFi internet, Netflix & Amazon Prime (all TVs), Antenna with basic channels (living area), microwave, and a drip pot coffee maker is supplied with coffee.
