It was excellent experience for us. The hotel is facing the MeKong River. Every morning we had breakfast in the open air by the River. It was so refreshing for us. The hotel is close to the main street where the shops, the palace, the tourist agents, and the night/morning markets are. The staff and the senior management people were very helpful and friendly. Having breakfast each morning overlooking the Mekong river was incredibly beautiful and a perfect way to begin the day. The staff were warm and friendly and no request to too much. Our suite overlooked the Mekong river adding to the tranquility we were look for. The suite was extremely clean and comfortable.
