Lastly, and above all, staff very kind, helpful and supportive. They helped me with the booking with the van to the Kuang Si falls and the transfer to the airport. During one of the tours, I've lost my smartphone and I contacted the hotel so they could help me to find - they helped me right away and I got it back a few hours later. ##### João Stayed 4 nights in Oct 2019 Verified ### 10/10 Excellent #### Tomo Sep 19, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities Hoangさんのホスピタリティについて宿泊された方々のコメントが沢山ありましたが、Hoangさんは朝6時から夜10時まで365日休みなしで働いているにも関わらず、いつもニコニコ自然体で爽やかな笑顔で対応してくれ、彼がいるだけでクイーンズハウスに泊まって良かったと思えるくらい素晴らしいホスピタリティです。口コミから年配の方を想像していましたが、20代くらいの若い方だったのでビックリしました。 外から帰るとドリンクを持って来てくれ、ランドリーサービスをお願いすると少量だから無料で良いと言ってくれ、水を買いたいと言ったら無料でボトルの水をくれ、帰りも荷物を持って道路まで見送りしてくれました。クイーンズハウスはHosngさんの叔母さんがオーナーだそうで、Hoangさんがいる間はクイーンズハウスは一押しですが、Hoangさんはルアンプラバンの方ではないそうで、ルアンプラバン にはお友達が数人しかいないので他の街に移りたいと言っていました。Hoangさんあってのクイーンズハウスだと思いますので、是非Hoangさんがいるうちにクイーンズハウスに泊まられる事をオススメします。 １つ追記すると、他の方の口コミにもありましたがクイーンズハウス前の小道にはゴミが沢山捨ててあり汚いのが残念です。 ##### Tomo Stayed 3 nights in Sep 2019 Verified ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller Aug 25, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities English is below まずは立地が最高。ナイトマーケット、朝市、托鉢、すべて至近距離。（なんならお宿はナイトマーケット内にある感覚です。）またホスピタリティー溢れるスタッフも素敵です。３泊しましたがマンゴーシェイクを何度も作ってくれました。ラグジュアリーホテルではありませんが、シャワー、ベッド、トイレ、エアコン、wi-fiなど、特に使い勝手の悪さもなく、非常にコスパの良いお宿だと思いました！私がまたルアンパバーンに行くならまたここにします。 Most of all, location is perfect. It's really easy to go to famous spot- night market,morning market and monk's morning ceremony. And the staff is also perfect for me. He made me lovely mango juice and recommended to me nice restaurant. Here is not luxury hotel, but really confort place to stay.
