### Deluxe Condo, 3 bedrooms, Sea View

Located 2 miles away from Juliana International Airport, close to the Mullet Golf Course and several beaches, The Hotel Porto Cupecoy offers spacious, comfortable, secure and fully furnished apartments, some have outstanding lagoon, sea or marina views. As our guest, you get access to our outdoor swimming-pool, our fitness center and tennis courts. Enjoy the full service Porto Cupecoy experience with The Casino, The Marina & The Plaza, where you will find a variety of casual and fine dining restaurants, boutique shops, a gourmet supermarket as well as services for boat rentals and personalized tours.  
  
Our deluxe three bedrooms apartments with a beautiful sea view, are between 217 and 280m2\.   
  
Located on ground floor, high floors with elevator or on the second floor without elevator, some are near the plaza, where you can enjoy the animated nightlife during weekends. These individually decorated accommodations are air-conditioned and have a free Wi-Fi connection.   
  
The principal bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, secondary bedrooms have a king size bed, a queen size bed or twin beds, each with a private bathroom with a marble shower. The spacious living room area has a flat-screen T.V. with a plethora of entertainment channels from all around the world and a VOD offer.   
  
All our apartment have a furnished outdoor area, a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances such as an induction cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer and a dishwasher.  
  
Please note our apartments have different layouts, may be located in different buildings within Porto Cupecoy and are individually decorated.

Enjoyed the location of the property. Love the restaurants in the marina , especially the Italian restaurant. Safe and secure. Beautiful condo spacious and would rent again

#### Property was as advertised. Beautiful views from the deck of the lagoon and Cupecoy.

Very convenient location. Porto Cupecoy is a beautiful place. Nice to have the grocery store and many restaurants so close.
