Beautiful room with a beautiful view

Hotel is great. Room is big and spacious with a beautiful sea view. Everything is great for the price, only negative is the size of the shower cubicle, it’s quite small and a struggle if you’re on the bigger side. But I would definitely stay again.

A great place to stay in Lowestoft. Excellent value for money. We had the Deluxe room and it was worth every penny. Spacious, comfortable bed, super clean bathroom, tea and coffee. I am a well travelled person and this was super comfortable. The view was amazing, breakfast over the road and free on-road parking. Perfect. The hosts were super kind to make us comfortable with check in and out. A lovely visit to Lowestoft.

Beautiful Victorian house, warm, fresh & welcoming with beach views (selected rooms). Close to supermarket (Co Op), pubs(Plough & Sail especially friendly), The Chippy. Highly Recommend

Two night break

Amazing beautiful room…..very clean and comfortable and awesome view of the ocean. I can highly recommend and will definitely choose Bon Ami and the same room on future visits to Lowestoft.

No frills comfort in this value-for-money guest house. Very clean room and bathroom, and prompt and efficient response from owners when we needed anything. Can't really fault it at the price. Tea service a nice touch. Excellent location right on the seafront. A good night's sleep. Recommended

Handy for seafront and restaurants. Rooms 9-11 on third floor and plagued by sound of seagulls all night. Wouldn't want top floor again.

Loved the 1st floor bay window … lots of light and solar gain. Perfectly positioned sofa in front of the window. En-suite bathroom was a good bonus. The main strip and beach are a stones through away. Only downside was the mattress…. Which dipped at the sides and was uncomfortable.

Nice break

Nice room with sea view, up 2 flights of stairs. Ensuite was very, very small but OK for 2 nights. Take your own hairdryer. There was use of a lounge. Felt it was a bit odd not to see either of the owners while we were there.

Great value property..lovely sea front location!

We had the deluxe sea view (room 2). It was very nice and spacious with a large bay window and a settee to look out to sea. It was a reasonable price and much better than some other more expensive hotel rooms. Yes..it was room only rate but you had breakfast places across the road and 100 yards down the sea front at the pier plus shops in the small town just a few mins walking distance. Free Parking on the road outside might be a problem but we found a space always just outside or a few yards from the property. The only down side was a very small on suite bathroom but it was no major problem. Very clean and well maintained property that i would gladly recommend!
