Escape to a serene haven where luxury meets nature. Nestled in a tranquil setting, our retreat offers a rejuvenating experience, perfect for unwinding. Enjoy access to a picturesque lake just a short stroll away (2 mins from home or take the private backyard trail through the woods to the trail), ideal for peaceful moments by the water. Whether you're seeking relaxation or a touch of adventure, this spa-like sanctuary promises a memorable stay.  
  
Enjoy our 6 person hot tub along with the views.  
  
We have professionally designed this home with all the comforts and luxuries in mind. From the flooring to the kitchen, bathrooms, and furniture, every detail has been carefully sourced with our guests in mind.  
  
This spacious retreat offers 4 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus 2 sofa beds, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes 5 modern appliances—stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge—perfect for preparing meals for your group. The living room and designated movie theatre room make it easy to entertain and relax with friends and family.  
  
For your entertainment, there is a 65-inch Smart TV upstairs and a 55-inch Smart TV downstairs, both equipped with all the popular apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+.  
  
Step outside to enjoy the private patio, complete with a barbecue, surrounded by beautiful plants for a peaceful outdoor dining experience. And, of course, unwind in the 6-person hot tub after a day of exploring.  
  
Nature lovers will appreciate being just 2 minutes away from First Lake Trail, where you can kayak, paddleboard, or simply enjoy a relaxing walk or run. Plus, you’re just a short walk to Sobeys Grocery Store, Tim Hortons, NSLC, and Staples, making your stay even more convenient.  
  
This is the perfect getaway for a comfortable, memorable, and relaxing experience.  
  
Early check in is available (based on availability) at $30 per half hour before the check in timings.  
  
Heating and Cooling:  
Please be advised that 2 out of the 3 heat pumps in the house are currently not operational as we are in the process of upgrading our service panel to 200 amps. However, the main source of heating is via baseboards, which are fully functional.  
  
Thermostats are available throughout the house and can be adjusted to your desired temperature for your comfort. We appreciate your understanding and are working to complete the upgrades as soon as possible.

#### A Perfect Home Away from Home – Can’t Wait to Return

We had a truly wonderful stay at this spacious and beautifully maintained home in Lower Sackville! With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it was absolutely perfect for our family—there was plenty of space for everyone to relax, unwind, and feel right at home.The decor was stunning, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the entire space was incredibly comfortable. One of the absolute highlights was the private hot tub in the backyard—such a perfect way to relax in the evenings. We also really enjoyed the BBQ setup, which made for some amazing family meals outdoorsThe home was very well-equipped with everything we needed, and the hosts went above and beyond with their communication—always responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We loved it so much, we're already planning to book again in the fall!

We had a great stay overall. There was plenty of space inside the home and a beautiful backyard with a nice hot tub. There were also forested trails quite close-by. The kitchen was as advertised - lots of dishes and cookware and almost everything we needed. Added touches included chocolates on the table and ice water in the fridge when we arrived.
