"We had a nice stay at the Surf City Inn. The room was clean, we got to check in earlier than expected. The. Indoor pool & jacuzzi was nice and clean. I was confused on using the kiosk while checking out. I would have preferred to chat with someone at the front desk."

"We had a great time in Santa Cruz! We loved the location of this house - we were a 5 min drive or 15 minute walk near soo many things to do or places to eat! Nothing was lacking in the kitchen and the white noise machines in the bedrooms were a nice touch! We will definitely book again if available the next time we come to town!"

"We didnt check in till 1030 pm, basically just needed a bed and a shower. Our upstairs neighbors were walking around until 2 am, and it wasnt just footsteps, every step caused our ceiling to creak. There was no hand soap in our bathroom, no shower soap or shampoo. The final 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper with no spares. And mold above the shower. "
