Since people has to walk almost to the street to ask for a drink. Rennovations to fix that are in place, which is a plus. The rooms would need some updates too. The bathroom sink was poorly clean and a floor too. But rooms are very confortable, just need a little much to be perfect. We enjoyed our stay, best trip so far to the keys. "
