"Staff was awesome, unfortunately the room was dirty and air conditioning barely worked, linens were stained and had cigarette burns and looked like blood stains on them, pool area was ok and pool was clean but the outside area of reins had random indoor furniture just sitting and trash cans were overflowing "

Our new favorite place and i hate to say it but I'm a hotel/condo snob. We throughly enjoyed our trip and was pleasantly surprised! We will be going back. "

"Very small spot and I was charged a cleaning fee for a camper lot. He said it was for something else and was very rude when I asked for my cleaning fee to be returned because there was nothing to clean. Everyone else that worked at venture out was very nice."

"The property is just as it's shown in the pictures. The location is great, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Response from the owner was fast and that garden tub is everything. This was a much needed trip and the accommodations were great."
