There is a parking lot (secured for up to 4 cars) and there is a more than 150-year-old stone house, Alibeg's tower, a protected cultural property, also owned by the same owner, which is not used but makes this property more special. Hacienda Sylvia is a 4-bedroom self-catering property, sleeping 8+2 guests comfortably, with fun amenities (Free WiFi, PS5, Billiards, Table tennis, Table soccer, Darts, 2 Swings, 8 mountain bikes ...) and all offered exclusively for you: \- Property layout - stone house: This is a 100-year-old stone house that is beautifully renovated to a comfortable standard. The ground floor offers a country-style kitchen area (30sqm) with a dining table for 10 people, a TV, an A/C, and a fully equipped kitchen with all needed kitchen amenities (a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and others). A separate toilet. A family bathroom (16sqm) with a shower and washing machine. On the First floor is a Bedroom NO1 with 3 single beds 90cm x 200cm, a sofa that can convert into a sleeping sofa 140cm x 200cm, a TV, a PlayStation 5, and air-conditioning. Facilities, both indoors and outdoors, were clean and fresh. The kitchens are well stocked with kettle, toaster, coffee machine, ice maker etc. There was plenty of space for the seven of us to eat inside or out - we particularly enjoyed the outdoor dining space. We made good use of the many entertainment options. The pool and surrounding area were excellent. There are lots of comfortable spaces to spend time together as a large group or individually: the garden furniture under the trees was particularly welcome. The owners are vey friendly, welcoming and attentive. They have made a real effort to make this an attractive holiday option. The host company was extremely good. You will need a car as the nearest food store is a drive away although you can get great Saturday night pizza from the local bar and bread from the van that passes in the morning.
