The angular pool measures 6 x 3 meters with a depth of 110 cm. Guests can relax on the spacious 74-square-meter terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue area. The property also offers internet access, making it an ideal holiday rental for families seeking a peaceful retreat with modern amenities.

Nestled in the tranquil surroundings, the property provides ample outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy. The 1,110-square-meter shared area features well-maintained plants, creating a serene and natural atmosphere. The highlight is the angular swimming pool, measuring 6 x 3 meters with a depth of 110 cm, available for use from May 1st to October 1st. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room apartment with a total area of 75 square meters, located on the ground floor. It features a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, as well as an exit leading to the terrace. The apartment comprises two separate rooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The amenities available to you during your vacation include a shower, separate WC, electric heating (charged as an extra), a terrace spanning 45 square meters with terrace furniture, and a marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Additionally, you will have access to a hair dryer, free WiFi internet, and reserved parking for one car at the property. Please note that up to 2 pets or dogs are allowed on the premises. The apartment features a private entrance, and a "Tassimo" coffee pod machine is available, although coffee pods are not provided.  
  
Other Information  
The property boasts a terrace measuring 45 square meters, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the sea. You are permitted to bring up to 2 pets or dogs with you during your stay. Please be aware that electric heating is available, but it will incur an additional charge. For your convenience, a "Tassimo" coffee pod machine is available, although coffee pods are not included.
