Apartment on the Knoll with private pool

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. You will find it easy to access all of the local Nelson Co. attractions being right off rt. 29. Close to Oak Ridge, Brew Ridge Trail, Appalachian Trail, Wintergreen and Charlottesville. Very clean and comfortable, private apartment with all the amenities needed for a home-away experience in the mountains and heart of Va’s wine and beer country.

Large open concept living room kitchen with eat at counters. Bedroom with king sized bed directly off kitchen with en-suite bathroom with tile walk in shower. You’ll be able to visit the farm animals for a taste of the country life! Occasionally the chickens will graze around the grass outside of their fence.
Private pool available for use of our 2 rentals on the property, not a community shared pool. The pool will be opening in May 2025.
The pool can be heated during cooler months for a $25/day fee, please indicate if you would like to have it heated during your stay at the time of booking so we can make adjustments to the price.

We love dogs and welcome 2 well behaved and house trained, medium sized pup for a pet fee upon booking. Dog must remain crated while inside unattended and leashed outside as we have no fence. Guests are responsible for any pet damages.
