### Lovely 1-bedroom Laguna Beach Suite, just a short stroll to Crescent Bay
  
This beautiful Suite is new and very private nestled in a quiet north Laguna residential neighborhood. Just 800 feet from the premier locals’ beach at Crescent Bay. The residence combines the lovely feel of a beach cottage with a modern understated décor. The Living room and kitchen rooms are lined with French casement windows which welcome in natural light and sea breezes. This newly designed space has designer décor, coffered ceilings, wood moldings, wide plank wood floors and wood finishes. The full sized and well equipped kitchen features white marble counters and new appliances. The spacious bedroom is very welcoming and comfortable and includes luxury lines and down comforter. The bathroom is designed with a clean modern feel with white marble accent with white marble tile and glass walk in shower. The living room also provides an additional pull out queen sofa. Full size washer and dryer are included for guest convenience. There is an outside hot and cold water shower as well. The suite is a separate living space attached to a larger residence with its own private entrance.  
  
Just a few minutes walk is Crescent Bay, a locals’ treasure with sandy beach surrounded by tidal pools and magnificent cliffs with city lifeguards, great board and body surfing and a short swim to seal rock. Nearby is Vista Point which is accessed up a secluded stone stairs and features a beautiful green surrounded by gardens and stunning coastal views overlooking Crescent Bay. Vista Point is perhaps the loveliest spot in all of Laguna Beach.   
  
 The Suite is conveniently located near the Trail Head for walking and hiking in the hills above Laguna. The Village shuttle service comes by the corner every half hour providing convenient transportation to Main Beach, shops and restaurants as well as seasonal events such as the Sawdust Festival and the world renown Pageant of the Masters as well as the Laguna Playhouse. The walk to the Village takes you by Shaw’s Cove, Boat Canyon and other lovely Laguna landmarks including the spectacular Hesler Park with beautiful landscaped gardens charming seaside walks and breathtaking ocean view from Dana Point to Catalina. Crescent Bay is a locals’ treasure with sandy beach surrounded by tidal pools and magnificent cliffs. Nearby is Vista Point which is wonderful green park and gardens with commanding coastal views overlooking Crescent Bay, perhaps the loveliest spot in all of Laguna Beach.
