The coffee/beverage bar in the lounge is extraordinary. Would've appreciated some cleaning attention to the windows and screens so we could've taken full advantage of the view. I know that upkeep of the place must be all-comsuming. The hotel was very clean, renovated bathroom and well maintained. It it's very well located at less than 10 minutes from the commercial and tourist area of North Conway (Settlers Green Outlet, etc.). Absolutely no amenities on site, but it was acceptable for the price.
