The neighborhood was peaceful, making for a relaxing stay, and the location was excellent—conveniently close to many attractions, including Rocky Mountain National Park.The only opportunity for improvement would be the main-level master bedroom bed, which was quite uncomfortable as it sank significantly in the middle. A mattress update would make this otherwise fantastic home even better. I feel blessed that this home was available for the dates we needed for a special celebration in Ft. Collins. It's location is so convenient for Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park, Ft. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! At first the house was a little unassuming. The driveway curb was a little steep and I had to carefully back out as to not hit my bumper. However, as soon as you walked in the house, it was spacious, clean and beautiful decorated. It met all our needs for our retreat. The fire pit was lovely as well. The hot tub was not working correctly, but Jeff was prompt to respond and gave us credit for not being able to use it during our stay. Though it was near a lake, it is a private lake and the trail that we found around the lake was near a busy street. Nevertheless, we did enjoy other parks that were nearby, our favorite being Benson Sculpture Park. It's rare to find a lovely 6 bedroom house at this price point. The house is clean and well organized with all of the kitchen cupboards and drawers labeled. The outdoor area was also beautiful with a lovely hot tub and fire pit.
