Enjoy this newly built custom featured spacious three story townhouse with a beautiful kitchen, a luxurious master bedroom and bath, private Master balcony, 3 additional bedrooms with 2 and half additional baths, laundry room, 2 living spaces, and a 2 car garage with additional parking available. Cook a nice meal in the fully equipped kitchen featuring quartz countertops, refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner gas range, small oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, hand mixer, cooking utensils and dishes. We'll provide coffee, creamer, and sugar as well as cooking spray, spices, salt and pepper. Rest comfortably in the master bedroom with king size bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and plush pillows. A ceiling fan is provided for your comfort or open the doors to your own private balcony, The en-suite bathroom has a beautiful soaker tub, a walk-in shower and double vanities. If that was not enough, there's a fully loaded rec. room in the basement; you will not want to leave (extremely comfortable). Lastly, amazing views and accessibility to the mountains, Fort Collins (great place to visit), etc. We already booked this unit for our next visit! One downside was that the extra fees were not clear to me upon booking and the additional cost was almost as much as an extra night! From the time of booking up until we left the property - he answered all our questions promptly. Part of our group wanted to golf, and he went along so we could get a better rate. The mountain views were breathtaking and could be seen from the patio off the living room and the patio off the primary bedroom (which was gorgeous!). Dave and Mindy's townhome had everything we needed plus a ton! I have stayed at my fair share of short rentals, and this one was my favorite! I loved the location, it was nicely centrally located within 5-15 miles of basically everything, shopping, entertainment, restaurants, sightseeing, the list goes on. Their property is very well taken care of, you can tell they genuinely care about not only their property but their guests. My family, who range in age, loved the place. We will be back, I already miss everything about it. Another point I want to make real quick, Dave is such a nice guy that when we got to the townhouse, my daughter noticed there was a pool; however, the pool is for the homeowners only, understandably. When we asked about the pool, Dave explained the situation and then offered to take my family to it and sit with us. Of course, we couldn't do that to Dave, but we sure did appreciate the offer. Thank you, Dave and Mindy, for a comfortable, clean, cozy, and beautiful stay making this a perfect vacation!!! ##### Danielle E. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed and then some. It was so comfortable and homey. We had a great time with our family there and the location worked very well for us. We spent some days in Estes, Boulder, and of course the Rockies. We didn't want to leave. Restaurants and stores nearby made grocery shopping and eating out easy. It was clean and had all the eminities needed to cook and enjoy! The extra touch of lollipops for the kids and a bottle of wine for the adults was great. Plenty of toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner as well as bath towels and wash cloths. we really didnt need to bring anything. We thought we were having an issue and Dave was very prompt to reply and even came by the condo to check the issue himself (very few owners of places we rented have done this). Turned out there was no issue but was great to get to meet Dave and Mindy in person. Dave also checked back later to be sure nothing was wrong and things were going well for us! The view from the patio was great and we spent a couple of nights sitting out there watching a gorgeous sunset! The ping pong table was in excellenyt condition and made for some fun times in the evening! Highly recommend this condo for a vacation as the location was great for getting to RMNP, Estes Park, Denver and Fort Collins! We went to all of the places!
