Two+ bedrooms with California King and Queen bed, fully stocked kitchen, forty minutes to Estes Park, ten minutes to Fort Collins and one hour north of Denver and Boulder. The master bedroom has a private deck. Equipped with exterior security cameras and keyless entry for easy access for the guest. \-Golden Chestnut is a private unit and is the upper private portion of the house. \-The master bedroom has a California King bed. \-The guest room has a queen size bed. \-It has one bathroom, living room and full kitchen. Guest will enter through the front door of the house. The backyard is the only common area. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood near lake Loveland. Most guest have their own car or have a rental car. There is a public bus service in Loveland. We stayed for 4 months while our home was being remodeled. Our host was above and beyond with communicating and response times. The property is located in a super quiet neighborhood on a large lot and within walking distance of the Benson Sculpture Garden and North Lake Loveland.
