There are many walks and cycle routes in the area and the beach at Donna Nook is 13 miles away (famous for its seal colony) is a popular day out for the whole family especially during a winter break. For those wishing to visit seaside resorts Skegness (20 miles) and the Victorian resort of Mablethorpe (19 miles) with its superb beaches are within easy reach. Cadwell Park racing circuit is 7 miles away and for those that enjoy golf, there are several courses within 15 miles.


Step into the lounge/kitchen/diner, the stylish kitchen has everything you need for cooking up a meal for everyone, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. The breakfast bar has space for four and is ideal for tucking into a hearty breakfast before heading out for the day. In the lounge area it a comfortable corner sofa and wall mounted Smart TV. There is a king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a twin on request) and a double bedroom. Also, there is a shower room with shower and WC.


Through the back door, step into your own secure garden area where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy access to a picnic area with benches, the perfect spot for al fresco dining while watching the farm animals graze peacefully nearby. There is also a fully enclosed dog exercise paddock that your four-legged friends will love. For a truly memorable stay, the owners also offer an alpaca experience, giving guests the opportunity to meet and spend time with these charming animals. The property further benefits from ample off-road parking.

- Smart TV and Blu-ray (wirelessly connected) in lounge

- There is a self-propelled travel wheelchair – weight limit up to 115Kg available for hire @ £20.00 per week by prior arrangement with the owner
