I do like the hotel in a small place but highly visited during travel season. The breakfast provided was kind of expensive as it did not have enough food variety but palatable.

2 min walk to the sanctuary, with all the stores and restaurants so close but still very quiet. The room was big and with two spaces for us and the kids. Very clean and spacious. Staff was very kind and helpful. It was a perfect choice. We had blessed time.

Closer by a minute's walk to the Lourdes Sanctuary compared to the next hotels. Room first given to us had musty odor right after getting in. Carpet had water mark traces, concerned of inhaling molds & mildew. Transferred to another room, slightly cleaner, but coming back very late night after the Sanctuary activities, I took a shower, & had a bad fall in the slippery bathtub shower, fell on my back, hit my neck on the tub rim, as well as arms & elbows . Reported the incident immediately & followed it up the next morning. The day before we left I was feeling soreness on the affected area and was replied with a sympathetic comment by the reception counter, "You should have requested for an anti-skip mat". Wow! We didn't know it would be like requesting condiments when ordering a burger. I don't think my husband & I will be patronizing this hotel in the future. For now I have to be certain for soreness or something else which may only be felt after an extended period.

The hotel was referred to us by friends. They were not wrong. We love the hotel. If given the opportunity for a second trip to Lourdes, we’ll stay there again with no questions ask. It has a perfect location very close to the Sanctuary of our Lady of Lourdes. It’s so near to other points of interest in Lourdes. It’s even close to the train station. We love Hotel Panorama.

The front desk clerks were very nice and considerate. We were able to check in earlier and we were able to stay few minutes at check out since I forgot the time of check out. They were very helpful when asked for directions.

Their location is perfect but they customer service is not the best. I had an issue with a driver because he was speeding and cutting off cars. I didn't feel safe for him to drive us back to the airport inlet Veronique the receptionist know and she just laughed at me and didn't show any empathy she just made a remark that that is the way they drive there but its not true because I been there before using the same driver and he didn't drive unsafe the first time. This time even his van was crashed

Wonderful! It’s a two minute walk to the shrine. The staff was so helpful to me and accommodating when I was having difficulty with some of my other travel arrangements. Many of the staff spoke excellent English and they were able to help me multiple times. I would definitely like to stay here again and I even extended my stay while I was here!

The property was perfectly situated, close to the Cathedral. It was quiet at night. They have also have all the shopping closeby and restaurants as well. The staff were all nice and helpful.

Property is walking distance to the sanctuary. Rooms are clean and roomy...bathrooms are handicap accessible. Rugs were a bit old but overall great clean hotel

I love that the hotel is close to the grotto, restaurants and shopping stores. On the other hand the rooms are pretty noisy, you can even hear when someone moves a chair or opens the closet door in the other rooms.other than that I would definitely stay there again.
