Vila Caracas is a spacious and charming refuge located in the heart of Vilamoura, perfect for families and groups seeking a relaxing and comfortable stay. This 190 square metre dwelling offers accommodation for up to 6 people, distributed across 3 comfortable bedrooms with 5 beds (1 double bed and 4 single beds).   
  
The house stands out for its privileged location, surrounded by forest and a short distance from various points of interest. Vilamoura's sandy beach is just 2 km away, while the city centre is only 1 km away, providing easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities.   
  
The outdoor spaces are a strong point of this property, with a private garden, garden furniture, barbecue and a fenced plot that invites moments of outdoor leisure. The interior is equally welcoming, equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, electric heating, WiFi internet, fireplace and safety deposit box.   
  
The American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and various kitchen utensils. The house also has 3 complete bathrooms with bathtubs.

#### Fair Value

Our stay at Villa Caracas went well, the villa had not been cleaned on our arrival however this was quickly rectified. The villa is a bit tired and could use a refresh plus some better cleaning equipment however you cannot beat the location! Overall an excellent stay.

#### Enjoyable stay

Villa Caracas is a fairly spacious but maybe somewhat dated for some property. We had a couple of minor plumbing issues but these were dealt with quickly. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

#### Villa au calme et bien placée

La villa n’est pas très moderne mais nous avons passé un bon séjour. La villa est fonctionnelle, propre et bien aménagée. L’emplacement est très bon, dans une rue résidentielle au calme. Le seul bémol est la literie qui n’est pas très confortable.
