This elegantly furnished apartment is 50m² and offers comfortable space for up to 4 people, with a spacious bedroom and a versatile living area. It features a double bed and a sofa bed, ensuring flexibility for different hosting configurations.   
  
The fully equipped kitchen is a true strong point, with modern appliances such as a fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Ideal for those who enjoy preparing meals during the trip.   
  
Enjoy amenities such as air conditioning, WiFi and a balcony/terrace for moments of relaxation. Located just 200m from a supermarket, the apartment makes daily shopping easy. The Falésia beach is just 2km away, perfect for sunny days, and the Dom Pedro golf course is 3km away.
