Villa Violeta
Large renovated detached 4 bedroom villa located in a residential area and 15 minutes walking to Vilamoura marina. The villa is contemporary with modern and stylish furnishings that give a feeling of comfort. There is air-conditioning throughout for the sunny hot days. The fully fitted kitchen leads out to the BBQ where sumptuous evening meals can be prepared with little or no effort. The lounge and dinning room are open plan with patio doors. The pool area is all gated so it is ideally and secure for children.
Kitchen: oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, Delta coffee machine.
Lounge/dining room: LCD, 2x sofas, dining table with 6 chairs, air conditioning, wine freezer.
Bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 1: double bed, air conditioning.
Bathroom with bath.
Bedroom 2: double bed, full en-suite with shower, air conditioning.
Bedroom 3: twin beds, full en-suite with shower, air conditioning.
EXTERIOR
Bedroom 4: double bed, full en-suite with shower, direct and only access to outside area.
Outside area: gated swimming pool 10m x 6m with 124cm - 225cm depth with access by ladder and roman steps, poolside shower, BBQ, garden, table with chairs, 6x sun loungers, sun umbrellas, table football.
EXTRAS: Security system daily and nightly.
Private car parking for 4 vehicles.
Distances: Marina (1,4km); Beach (1,4km); Supermarket (700m); Restaurant (200m); Airport (25km), Train station 7km).
Damage deposit: €500
On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked:
Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing.
There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.

Between 24:00 and 01:00 - 50 euros
Between 01:00 and 09:00 - 100 euros (subject to availability)
