It was fully renovated in May 2018\. It has a bedroom with a king size bed, which can also be separated into two single beds and air conditioning. The living room is ideal for socializing and relaxing, with a dining table for 6 people and a kitchenette. On the balcony, you can enjoy your meals while watching the sea. It is close to supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and pharmacy. The bus station is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. There is the possibility of placing a cot in the accommodation, upon prior request and subject to availability. There is an extra charge of €5 per night. The Check-in is made directly at the property, between 4pm and 7pm. This information is essential for the property to be available when you arrive. You can request early check-in, before 4pm, for €30.00\. This is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. The security deposit must be paid online by card by the day of check-in. The security deposit is 100 euros for a maximum of 28 nights. For groups or young people, the security deposit is doubled. If you would like an invoice with a tax number, please send your billing details by the day of check-in. Guests over the age of 16 are charged the tourist tax at check-in. The apartment is simply everything you want, very clean, very cozy, everything works. The building was very quiet and the location could not be better. Walking distance to Supermarket, Pharmacy, bakery ( the best ) - just go downstairs and 20 yards away from the entrance of the building is one of the best in town, you find a variety of restaurants along the same street. We couldn't fault the apartment, well just one small thing, when you go through the front door, there are four steps that take you to the lift. I found them difficult to negotiate on my own, A rail, or banister would be a great help. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Step out the front door any you are on the seafront. Restaurants all around you. A good supermarket 3 mins away. The apartment was very comfortable. would we go again? We certainly would. Would we recommend it? Definitely. The bedroom is spacious with a huge closet. The kitchen and living room area are also spacious. Very clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Bedroom and bathroom with plenty of sheets, blankets and towels. The location is superb, right on the beach, with a nice veranda.
