The property stands out for its privileged location, just 150 metres from a Spar supermarket and close to various points of interest. The Falésia beach is just 4.5 km away, while the Dom Pedro Golf Course is 2 km away, making it an ideal location for golf and beach lovers.   
  
The interior of the apartment is a true oasis of comfort, with air conditioning, WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen. The independent kitchen has all the essential appliances: fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster and much more. The living room has a television with satellite channels, ensuring moments of entertainment.   
  
With 3 bathrooms - two with shower and one with bathtub - the space provides privacy and comfort for all guests. The property also has a garden, garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for outdoor socialising moments.
